Make sure the unit can be accessed for the scheduled inspection and that the appropriate person is available as required for the appointment.
Working systems
Recheck electricity, plumbing, heat/hot water, appliances provided with the unit, and safety alarms immediately before the appointment.
Do one last room walk
Look again for leaks, exposed electrical hazards, damaged surfaces, window issues, or anything you repaired since your first preflight.
