The working kit for a live NYCHA lease-up.
The free checklist tells you the sequence. This is for the person who still has open documents, an inspection date, or a packet that came back. It is sold as fewer missed steps, not as more articles.
Lease-Up Kit
28-page landlord workbook for the job of knowing what to do next.
- Packet and RFTA review
- Inspection preparation
- Responsibility checklist
- Follow-up through move-in authorization
Case Tracker Pro
For when you already know the process and need the case organized.
- Outstanding document status
- Repair and inspection-day planning
- Follow-up timeline
- One active case, not a portal login
Team edition
For a property manager, leasing desk, or housing placement team running more than one lease-up. Same handoff, reusable across cases. This is a conversation, not a checkout, until we know the workflow fits.
Procedural details should be checked against current NYCHA owner guidance. NYCHA currently advertises an inspection appointment within five business days of an approved rental packet under its Fast Pass process, and inspections still follow HQS while HUD’s NSPIRE date is extended. PacketPath does not replace those instructions.
